I am wondering about how to play multi disc games from jtag HDD, are there any program to help, any tutorial, any way but please without connecting to internet

You can use a program like: Xbox 360 Disk swapper v1.1 Beta Download - Multidisk game switcher

I believe if you have Freestyle Dashboard installed that will auto game swap for you.
