Xbox 360 PC USB?

I'm looking for a program that I can download to mod my Xbox 360 game. I tried different versions of the Horizon program but i still got an error report message. I'm looking for a non jTAG type. <staff edit: no piracy talk> I have Windows XP Professional

Have you tried Party Buffalo Drive Explorer? that works well for copying files to / from an Xbox 360 hard drive.

Not sure it works on Windows XP though.
