[XBOX 360 PHAT] I should migrate from original 120 GB to WD 500 Gb

Hello, i dug into various threads and i found something useful but i'm a bit confused, so i would like to sum up what i should do in order to migrate from original 120 Gb to a Western Digital 500 Gb disk.
First step is following the guide and flash a brand new WD 500 Gb.

I have the data migration kit cable, but since i have not another Hard disk enclosure i cannot use the official migration procedure with the console.

So my questions are :

1) What is the best tool in order to copy the whole original 120 Gb disk ?
2) What is the best tool in order to restore the content to the new one ? Is it possible to restore a 120 Gb "image" into a 500 Gb ?

Tell me if i've not been clear.

I would first delete any installed games to speed things up, i believe you would have to re-install these anyway, i did when going from a 250 to 500gb drive.

Then use a PC and extract the data from the 120gb drive using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer

Finally simply re inject in to the 500gb drive using Party Buffalo Drive Explorer.
