why i can't get my phay key it's go ok but when it say off drive 5second then on and press ok when i try it it say extarct failed pls help

i have a liteon 93450c i try it many times it still the same

Are you using a probe?

do you have this Xecuter CK3 Probe 3 | Team Xecuter ? its required for getting the key

After the program starts did you see the portio32.sys started as in the pic above?
