Xbox 360 previe update help please

Hey guys since I went everywhere else for help, and has been researching on the net and heard great things about you guys. I thought I should come here for help. I have a console 4gb with a 16 flash drive that is less than one month old. I was selected to be in the preview update. I got the update first half installed, but second half continues to stop at same point when trying to re download. When you see the main menu all changes have taken place, but when you try to sign into xbox live it says update required tried downloading again and stops at same point. I have contacted support no help, check net connections, cleared cache so and so forth. Can someone please help me with this problem. If their is anyway I can download via flash drive? Someone please help with this issue. Thank you!

You can do this.

Reset XBOX 360 Failed System Updates

1. With the console off, press and hold the sync up button.
2. While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
3. Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
4. During the boot process the console should clear any failed updates, allowing you to use it normally.

Try the update after doing those steps.
If it still fails. Go to system> memory and press LB RB X LB RB X and select yes to delete dashboard updates.
