    Hey, guys,

    I'm using a US Xbox LIVE account and I'm trying to download free videos but I get this message:

    What can I do to get pass it?

    I tried that but no success.

    Please help, I really want to download that and it's only available freely for a limited time.

    You got the VPN working then? and used a US gamertag?

    If yes to both the above the content can probably only be used on an NTSC console.
