xbox 360 update

Hi When I updated myXbox 360 with xebuild the tray after while it didn't work anymore so was this from the update???
Extra Thing :when i updated it the music and tv&movies hubs disappered

no only the tray and i replace the tray and it worked
and i need to update again to 17439
