Xbox One offline profile?

How do you create an offline profile on the Xbox One? I do not want to setup an email address/account for my son.

You cant unfortunately, all profiles have to be Xbox Live profiles. Once setup you can however use the parental controls to stop your son using any Xbox Live related features on his profile.
