pls I bought this version from GB (UK) without OS - is it possible install retail OS to this console?

At the moment nothing has leaked for Xbox One devkits / prototypes so at this moment in time its useless sadly. I believe as it stands you have to be connected to partnernet to do anything with Xbox One dev equipment so its not going to be a free for all like with the 360.

From what I have learned, the zebra Xbox ones do not have a file system onboard, but instead loads the OS from a Network connection on boot. Have you examined e contents of the hard drive

NO not yet. Can you send me some web with information about Zebra model? I wrote to the Microsoft XBOX ONE Support a they said me - ,,You can use official firmware.,,
