A modified Xplorer 360 that can be used with 60gb Xbox 360 Hard Drives.

Do not use this with any other size drive and only use it to explorer Partition 3, otherwise you risk data corruption / data loss.

Can't I backup/restore Partition 2 on my 60GB HDD, or delete/inject files on partition 2?

Dont touch any other partition though, simply backup the partition and restore it and switch back to the 60gb edition for injecting files in to partition 3.

Can I use both applications with HDD->USB cable? This1 which allows to connect HDD without opening up case, u know.
BTW is that dangerous to open/mount some of partitions, lets say Partition1, or only tries to edit something (copy in/out) can damage files?

Yes you can use the HDD to USB cable.

And yes it is also dangerous to mess with other partition the edition of Xplorer 360 does not support... you can only play with partition 3 in the 60gig edition.

Ty again. Last question - can I backup partition 2, delete it and extend partition 3 with additional space? If so, can I easily resize partition with game files again and restore partition 2? It would be good if thats possible without any data loss, but say is it possible anyway plz x]

EDIT: Ok I had find out that myself. Theres only ~5GB reserved for partition 2 and theres no tools to resize fatx partitions without data loss, its not worth it, better buy some external memory if u want more space.

EDIT2: Don't use this shit - xport is much better - xplorer corrupted my friends data on partition3 - he lost savegames, profile, media update... Xport or Modio - best if working for you.

i'm new to modding xboxes, my xplorer360 was working fine yesterday but today every time i try and insert a file into one of my game saves it doesn't work, i've got the 60gd version from the front page of this thread asnd the hash block calculator.

anyone got any ideas why this isn't working?
