NOTE: After the closure of the Xbox 360 Marketplace, if you didnt get the Youtube App on your account, the only way to get it is by downloading it here
Although im not sure if Google will announce a shutdown for the Youtube Xbox 360 App

Using Horizon or any other xbox 360 files app automates that process for you
