just recived my first copyright claim which was gameplay of tomb raider which intiated the not in good standing status 1st strike i even put in my video all rights reservet to crystal dynamics and square enix although this seems to do nothing so my question how comes so many game commentators get away with it yet some small channel will get copywwright claim
Ive seen the same thing in the past, i created a video which showed how to update the Xbox 360 dashboard with a USB memory stick and that got taken down via a copyright claim after been up there for 3 years. I even had to pass the YouTube copyright school... lol When did you upload the video? the game was released only yesterday i believe, so if you uploaded it before then you probably got flagged up for showing pirated material which is usually taken down on YouTube.

Yes they are. Which is why almost all videos I uploaded are set to private, mind as well delete them because no one watches them.
