I just thought of something, does it matter what kind of disc I use to burn on?

If you are asking whether it matters between a CD or DVD, no it doesn't technically. In order to get the best results, we always suggest that you use a DVD though. It can either be a DVD-R or DVD-RW.

Also I know this is a very newb question but couldnt you burn a full version 360 game to a dvd using the same file structure as a demo? Or is there a specific key each game requires to run? It seems like it would make burning games a thousand times easier? Has anyone attempted this? Am I the thousandth person to mention this?

Short answer no.

You need to modify your 360’s DVD firmware to boot burned games, demos are able to boot from the hard drive or DVD, that’s why they will work on any DVD when ripped out the 360’s drive and burned to a DVD.
You would need a jtag hacked 360 with a custom dashboard like the Xbox 1 has to do what you ask, even for 360’s that can be hacked no such dashboard exists yet.

By some miracle I got it to work and actually burn right and show up on my 360 but then when I click to play it goes to black screen and freezes lol

It most likely doesn’t like the brand of disc you burned the demo on, I’ve always used a DVD-RW when testing the demo’s I’ve uploaded here in the past and had no problems.

Try a good brand of disc if possible like verbatim.

Thanks for all the great swag guys and kingburns especially. This game works great but It appears that the running animations for the zombies are acting very wierd, it looks almost like they are iceskating or floating along the ground. I saw a group of zombies climibing a fence and they literally just floated up it in the same position. Is this becuase it is a early demo or am I burning it wrong?

I have experinced the same problem.And i think that its because of the early demo .

So you would rather someone split it up into parts espically for you, than for you to use a download manager with resume feature?

Rizzles and jbpaz, as nimrod says, get a download manager that lets you resume. Rizzles, I just tryed it and it is downloading fine for me. They already set up a dedicated download server for you guys absolutely free, theres nothing more they could do for you except give advice as to why your computer is behaving in that manner.

Downloading this now. Looks OK. Wasn't to keen on the first game. I wonder how this differs.

I downloaded the demo this morning from the marketplace and it is pretty much the same as the original. There are quite a few changes that were made that make the game much more enjoyable. I am not going to pick this up the day it's released because I have too many games going right now, and Modern Warfare 2 comes out in a week. That will be all that will be played for the most part .

I Burned it on a DVD,it's Ok,I Can watch the Intro Cut Scene,but after that in Loading part it Freeze,I think the 360 Driver Can't Load because it's 1.6 GB,The Disk is Clean,what do you suggest to do?! In What DVD did you burn it? I try 5 times but it always freeze!
I Have a PAL Falcon Console.

Sounds like the 360 is not too happy with the barnd of disc, as it loads you have burned it right.

Try a diffrent brand of disc is all i can suggest or put the game on the hard drive if you have the tools to do so.

Job Well Done. but when play it half way it shows this sign for 1 second and then brings me back to the dashboard.
It did that in the left 4 dead 1 demo aswell

I download the ISO, burn in DVD - R 2X, (1 in NERO) (1 in IMGBURN) put in my xbox 360, the first one pass de intro, but freeze in the loading.

the second the same... please help me

PD. never occour before in another game....
