The Free Modern Warfare 2 Night Vision Goggles for xbox 360 avatars is now avalable on xbox Live and has little size.
But some of Gamers cant connect and download it from Live.

As far as I know it wouldn't work. It's locked to the Gamer-tag and Console that downloads it.

In 6th April the spring update of 360 will come that let you to use an usb flash memory as your console hard drive for game saves,themes,profiles and so on.
So with this update we can use this content.But This free award has limited downloading time (6th April).
So If one person now download it at 6th April with that update can copy this to PC then upload it and so all persons can use in their consoles.

But I do anything and could not choose this for my avatar.I can't find it in customize avatar screen.

You need to go to the "Change Style" section of the customization screen. I don't think you can add it through the "Headgear" or "Props" sections. Let us know if you find it.

You can't choose it because it doesn't belong to your gamertag. It belonged to Kings gamertag. So it will show up on your 360 because its a 360 file and it was downloaded correctly but it'll only work for King himself. Just as if I had downloaded DLC for a game but was on another 360 it would work for me but not anyone else.

If it's not working than Dark Sycth is right. You must delete it and download it from Xbox LIVE yourself if you want it. As its locked to my gamertag.
