I get a lot of my wallpapers from InterfaceLIFT: Wallpaper sorted by Date - I’ve got some amazing backgrounds from there, you can get most of them in really high resolutions too.

Also check out deviantART: where ART meets application! I’ve seen some really nice bits of art posted on there that make nice backgrounds.

Also on vista how do you get the bar at the top like munkymagicUK has on page 4?

Age of Empires 3 player i see Safinn One of my fav games on PC.

The Munky has that your after is called ObjectDock.

As for Linux I don't use it as my main os, more for experimenting with. Its improved a lot over the last few years however I wouldn't personally want to use it full time.

Download Objectdock, If you'd like to move the vista taskbar bar to the top just right-click and click lock the taskbar. You should now be able to click/hold and move it to the top of the screen or where you want.
