recently im transferring demos from usb to xbox 360 hdd,just like that is there a way to transfer mp3 and videos(movies in wmv) ?

This will not work, you can only rip your music files (mp3...) form a CD or DVD. Why ? uhm it has something to do with the copyright and piracy
