I copied it onto my jtagged 360's hard drive. It shows up on the xbox under the black ops 2 section in storage like it's supposed to but it doesn't show up in game :/ Any ideas?

Im guessing your console is not Jtag or RGH hacked, it will not work on an unmodified console.

i Tried too , the Map isnt Unlocked and isnt working ... i dont have RGH and i have unlocked 2025 (Witch i had on my original disc game)

You don't have an RGH/Jtag, so you just answered your own question.
