Unfortunately not, it's not possible to obtain USB installers for beta dashboards.

Yes, I need 8131 OSU1 for Xbox One S/X, too! I think M$ has only hosted the December one as of now. Dude's Xbox One X says 8131 OS version. I have in possession three other Xbox One S consoles that people haven't picked up yet. Could I just update them to the latest and grab transfer whatever files like the XVD files to get this X one working? It's either that or wait? What's retarded is I can get the X to boot into the OS after running script and OSU1 where everything will be fine and dandy. I'll shut it off and reassemble it. Then, it goes full retard with E10X errors and already tried another HD. I'm thinking it's because OSU1 isn't the latest?

Please upload the files when you do! They’re the same for the One X and One S. I’m having the exact same issue and MS is no help at all with it. Even when I do get it to update with the December it just eventually errors with some E10X error and refuses to update again.

Just add those files to the System Update partition in the A and B folders and of course updater.xvd outside the folders. That worked for me.

Edit: Next day no picture again, makes no sense. Three times it booted into OS and then either black screen or E10X errors with same HD, different HD, and then updated files.
