(How many times have I asked this in other forums...) Well, it turns out that if I want to connect my xbox 360 to live, I get that I need an update to connect. It asks me if I want to update, I choose yes, and I get an error saying "there was an error, let's fix it" or something like that. I get to disconnect the router and things like that (which I already did). It also happens that if I have a usb with the update and connect it with the xbox turned on I get the same artel (update), I accept it and absolutely nothing happens and if I connect it with the onsola off and turn it on, I get the same message before entering the dashboard. I say yes and it shows me a scene from the locked xbox intro. I can continue pressing the guide button, but it only returns me to the dashboard. what's going on?
What system update is the Xbox 360 currently on? and is the DVD drive flashed or is the console Jtag / RGH hacked?
What storage devices do you have connected to the 360? you need a hard drive to store the avatar data or a usb drive configured for Xbox 360 use.
The only thing I can suggest is try with an actual 360 hard drive, I think usb drives could be used to store the avatar data, however i'm not 100% sure now as its been so long.
I would love it, but here in my country hard drives are around 11,000 pesos. there is no other alternative to hard drives? I forgot to tell you, on the flash drive, in addition to being assigned, I have some games. does that affect?
