Xbox 360 usb shows full memory

I formatted USB for xbox 360 storage,but when i tried to move some presentation document on usb,it says that i dont have enough space.How can i fix this, because i want to use my usb from both xbox 360 and personal needs?

When you configure the usb drive select customize instead of configure now and you can choose not to reserve all the space on the USB drive:
