Ok , first up you need to read my topic on How to get USB Explorer 360 working on Mac .

Now , do the same thing with CrossOver games , then run the Modio.exe ( the one i provided ) .
Once loaded , it should give you a error message , but just click continue .
Modio then should load up fine .
