Its possible if the Xbox 360 is Jtag / RGH hacked, the Xbox 360 Hacked Xbox Backwards Compatibility v5832 removes restrictions on what can be launched, so the installers function on the 360.
Harcroft even released Jtag / RGH compatible title update installers for some games, as these historically did not work on hacked Xbox 360's.

It might be possible to use the Bad Update exploit on a non hacked 360 to install the content, restore the non hacked backwards compatibility update, then use the content on a 360 that is totally unhacked. That is not something I've attempted though.

Thanks you for your reply I'Nutter,

i've tryed with the "Xbox1 Backwards Compatibility v5832 for Devkits (hack/patch version 2019.12.09 EXPERIMENTAL 128MB version)" it didnt work with iso2god converted file?
It asked to "updated" and refushed to lunch (or stay stuck at the xbox loading), maybe un simply dont do it correctly then.

i will try with the 2018 version then, do i need to do the upade before still ? same issue anyway.

update : the installer for jabba palace worked, bu not the other, so cant update( has such cant play said map)

ps: might be stupid to ask, but wouldnt it be possible to put all upade and dlc for game on the same luncher that the bf2004 dlc use ? (been using BadUpdate )

update2: Solved found out why, u just need to use the xbe file to install and not convert them, idk why i thought it be like ogx or xemu.

For NBA 2K3, is Yao Ming and other missing rookies added to the game? I want to soft mod my original Xbox and install the rosters DLC.

I was wondering if someone could help me.
I recently discovered badupdate and got all the OG Xbox compatibility stuff set up just fine. I am having trouble with the DLC installers for SW Battlefront 1 and 2.
They both boot up just fine, and the installation worked. The problem is that the games do not have the DLC maps.
I think the DLC is stored in /Xbox360/System/Hdd1/Compatibility/Xbox1/TDATA
But the game doesn't seem to recognize it. It can read the stuff in UDATA just fine (which I am assuming is save data)
    Anyone know what to do?

Small update on this. I had an idea that the problem was that my games were in GOD format, so I deleted them and replaced them with xbe format instead. I re-applied the patch after deleting the files in TDATA, but it still didn't work.
Something I noticed was that the only files in the TDATA/4c41001a/$u/data/_lvl_xbox folder were:
    common.lvl
    core.lvl
    ingame.lvl
    shell.lvl
There are no Bespin (assuming it should be called BES) or Rhen var (assuming RHN) folders or files there. Is this supposed to be the case? All the levels in the base game are labelled like this in its data folder.

Update: I am very stupid. I assumed that the JTAG update WAS the DLC installer just updated to be compatible with the 360. Turns out they're different things.
I'm sorry to anyone who read my dumb posts.
