    Thanks for the reply! I think the Vita has to be out of the decision because after really thinking about it I need to do work as I will use it at school. All of the places I would use it will have wifi and if not I always carry round a MiFi with me in my bag anyways so web is not an issue...

    Truthfully £240 is the maximum I would spend and £260 would be if things get desperate so the Galaxy Nexus seems out of reach:( I have just realised if I buy from eBay if it goes wrong I have no shop/website to just go to (I have had very bad past experiences with phones and buying from eBay)...
