Luma3DS is the custom firmware for the Nintendo 3DS family. It patches the system at boot so you can run homebrew, game patches and custom themes, and it has a built-in menu for options and debugging. This is version 13.4.

Download Luma3DS 13.4
Copy everything in the zip (boot.firm, boot.3dsx and the config folder) to the root of the SD card. Luma3DS is loaded at boot by boot9strap, so it does nothing on a console that isn't already set up for custom firmware. If yours isn't, work through the Easy Nintendo 3DS Homebrew Hack guide first.
