Here's 6.39. If you're happy on 6.20 or 6.35 PRO, hold off until PRO catches up.

Which file you want depends on the model. On a PSP-1000, 2000 or 3000, open the PSP folder in the zip and copy the PSP folder inside it to your memory stick. A Go takes the PSPgo folder instead: open it and copy the PSP folder inside it to your memory stick. Then run "PSP Update ver 6.39" from Game > Memory Stick, and don't do it on a low battery.
Updating puts you back on stock firmware, and you won't get back below 6.39 afterwards.
