How to Install:

This is a Cache title update: the Xbox 360 keeps title updates named TU_… in the Cache of its hard drive, or of a USB drive configured for use in the Xbox 360.

1. Extract the zip.
2. Use a FATX tool such as Horizon or USB Xtaf to inject TU_16L61V6_0000058000000.00000000000PA into the Cache.
3. Start the game and the update loads with it. It only works with the version of the game whose Media ID is above.

Well, according to this site XBOX 360 Update Center it exists, in few flavors.

There's no date written, all I can say is that when I run the game it says 1.2 in the main menu.
