360 Disk Swapping

I was looking at a tut on how to do disc swapping it looks easy but the dashboard that the guy was using was offline and it was the NXE 2.0 with the white boxes. Im looking into swapping discs for cod waw so i can unban myself from some idiot who thought it was funny to derank me. Can i still disc swap with the latest dashboard. My mate does it with hes gta4 so i hope it works.

I believe you can, not something i have ever done personally.

The older CoD games are full of people cheating / messing with others from what i hear, so i question if its worth it as it will likely happen again to you.
