Can someone tell me how to convert an ntsc xbox 360 iso to pal and burn it to play?

Its not possible to do that without doing a lot of modifications to your Xbox 360, you need more than just a flashed console.

you can make a game region free, but it will not play unless your do the jtag hack and run freeboot or XBreboot.
