Epic Announces 6x XP E3 Week For Gears of War 2

In honor of next week’s E3, Epic Games have announced they will be holding a 6x, count ‘em, 6x XP event for its freshly updated Gears of War 2.

Epic's Rod Fergusson confirmed via Twitter that the weeklong event will start on June 14 at 9am EDT and last until 9am EDT at June 21.

I was going to play this a little bit to get some more XP. Haven't played this online in ages, but with the 6X more XP, I am inclined to give it a whirl.

During the previous Double XP event, I played one weekend non-stop of Guardian and managed to level up from 96 to 100.. Never before had I found myself in such an obsessive goal in gaming. Now my XP is getting far above level 100 (it keeps counting up).

Well thats the point in anything if you think like that?

I could quite easily unlock every achievement in every game I have ever played by cheating, however what would be the fun in that?
