i wanna ask you about console xbox360

i have one slim and he is work good with copy game and (I do not want to play
Copied games anymore)

1- can i play original game in my xbox360 ?

2- and can i go to online(if i play original game) or they give me banned cuz my xbox is hacked ?!

3- if i get banned (the banned only on online or banned xbox also?
and never play again ?)
