Extract the content.rar Use WinRAR
Burn the contents to a DVD. Imgburn is a nice free program for burning
Put the burned disc into the 360 and then go to the demo section.

I have the whole game... actually: the ultimate box of it, dumb seller in the store putted the wrong disk in it: instead of the 'normal' Burnout Paradise for €12 bucks, they putted in the Ultimate box, just out here in the Netherlands, worth around €30,= !!! So I got a new game what's just came out for almost free!
