Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos or this one if burning only a single demo.

Fight your way through the Wild West, birthplace of the term "shooter," in the only game to give you an authentic look into the Old West and all its glory through the eyes of the hunter AND the hunted. South Texas. 1882. Billy Candle has just turned 19 and he stands accused of murdering his mother and stepfather. Hot on his trail is Reverend Ray McCall, his stepfather's brother and an infamous gunfighter who believes the Lord has chosen him to be Billy's judge, jury and executioner. Call of Juarez is an epic western adventure about vengeance, survival and the search for a legendary lost treasure.

Instructions:
Extract the coj.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.
Enjoy!

Thanks, really appreciate that. Don't know if I'll able to get back here to check on things, the "prepping" for tomorrow's surgery is causing me to visit and stay in my "office" alot this morning and probably the rest of the day! Gotta go now....
