can anyone help with jtags in console help center ?

HI i need some help i followed Avatar Clothes / Items ( WORKING )How to. It works good got the files on my jtag but now i have a problem i can see them but i cant use them.
just wanted to know if anyone could help get it to work i have some images anyway the first one it asked me to go on xbox live now this is a jtag it dosent go online so thats out of the question.

The second one is of the avatar item it shows up but it cant be used.

I i also followed this tut on how to update the items for use again on jtag https://digiex.net/guides-reviews/c...avatar-items-no-live-jtag-banned-console.html this didn't seem to fix it eather

any help that i can get would be grate Thanks :)

I presume the profile you are using the item with is the one that owns it, and you have not modified the avatar item in any way to work with other profiles?

What dashboard version is your Jtag on?
 
The avatar items are likely ripped from an old dashboard, to work with the newer kinect dashboards they all needed updating as it says in your screenshot.

As you dont own the items you can not update them. The solution would be to buy them, failing that download items what have been updated for the new dashboard.
