Card init fail

I'm trying to dump ds games with wooddumper but every time I do that it always says card innit failed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think that it's the current version of wooddumper (don't know how to check but it seems like it should be the right one) and I think it might just be because my hotspot might not be set to the WEP internet for the ds. Also when I do the ipconfig /all option it just doesn't show a default gateway or DHCP server option

The DS needs to be able to connect to your wireless network so if it has security it needs to be WEP (not recommended long term), or no security what so ever.
