Controller Vibration on Xbox 360

I feel only my left vibration motor vibrating in my xbox360 wireless contoller.I Think that the people who jtagged my console stole it.How do i KNow?Is there any way to feel the vibrations other than while playing games,i mean any software or something.Or is it just normal.Also my console takes time to load(abt 20 seconds)>When the xbox intro appears everything becomes normal.

Your console will be RGH hacked, the console taking 20+ seconds to boot is pretty normal for the RGH hack.

As for the controller if you have the Wireless gaming receiver for Windows you can force it to vibrate, however I imagine one of the motors in it has failed. I cant see anyone wanting to steal one.
