Downgrading to 15574

I wanted to downgrade my jasper rgh 3 from 17559 to 15574. I have seen that xebuild gui has 15574 but only has rgh 2 option not 3. J runner can be an option but i cant find the files for it

You might find the files on Xbins, I can't check myself right now, however you can use Pandora - An Auto Xbins Downloader to browse the Xbins FTP server.
