Updated your Vita too far and lost the hack? modoru (戻る, 'to go back') is TheFloW's downgrader for exactly that. From a Vita already running HENkaku or h-encore on firmware 3.60 to 3.74, it installs an older official firmware so the console can be hacked again. Version 2.3 came out in May 2022 and adds compatibility with firmware 3.74.

Download modoru 2.3
It's a single modoru.vpk, a Vita homebrew package. Before you start:
Tip: don't install modoru.vpk again after copying the PUP across, or the update file is removed.
Careful: downgrading is risky, so read the project's page first: github.com/TheOfficialFloW/modoru.

Download modoru 2.3
It's a single modoru.vpk, a Vita homebrew package. Before you start:
- Your Vita must already run HENkaku or h-encore on 3.60 to 3.74, the battery must be at least 50%, all plugins must be disabled, and it needs a memory card or internal storage. It can't be started from an SD2VITA.
- Install modoru.vpk with VitaShell.
- Get the PSP2UPDAT.PUP of the firmware you want to go back to, making sure it's an officially hackable one. Digiex has them: PS Vita System Software 3.65, 3.60 and the other official versions. Put it at ux0:app/MODORU000/PSP2UPDAT.PUP.
- Start modoru and follow its on-screen instructions.
Tip: don't install modoru.vpk again after copying the PUP across, or the update file is removed.
