E66 not able to update

hello
i have buy x box in ward sale, and i try to make the update for new dashboard to play new game.
but each time i do i get E66, by internet and usb.

some info on my xbox
drive toshiba
d:2.0.9199.0

i don't know if it have been hack but the original sicker protection is still there and not broken.
what is the way to identified if it have a crack what type it is
and how to be able to update my x-box.

i did not try to burn the update on cd, should I ?
i have a mac,

That would be a broken console you got there. It's beginning to die on you.

Ah, solution which may help!

1. Start the console.
2. Choose No when asked for system update.
3. Press the Guide-button on the controller.
4. Go to Settings.
5. Select Profile.
6. Select Sign-in Preferences.
7. Put Profile Auto Sign-in on "Off".
8. Press again the Guide-button to return to the Xbox Dashboard.
