Information:
This demo doesn't require a modified console and isn't console locked. If you need more help then whats included in the instructions, perhaps try this guide if burning multiple demos or this one if burning only a single demo.
The sequel to F.E.A.R. will continue the original game's spine-tingling supernatural suspense story of an escalating paranormal crisis that threatens to destroy a major American city. At the center of the calamity is the mysterious Alma, whose rage against those who wronged her triggered a chain of events that have spiraled completely out of control. Now that she has free reign, the consequences will be unimaginable.
Instructions:
Extract the fear2.rar (You'll need WinRAR to do that)
Use a burning program to burn the content folder to CD or DVD. (In some cases DVD will work better. Imgburn seems to be the best program for burning!)
Insert CD/DVD, go to Demos tab on your Xbox 360 dashboard, select the game.

Note:
This demo doesn't contain the 0000000000000000 folder and it MUST be created before burning else it won't work. We are working on adding this folder to the fear 2 archive now. Though if its downloaded without a 0000000000000000 please create it. So it should appear as (Content/0000000000000000/)

really sad 
but the fact is that i burn a few demos at one disc (dvd-rw) and fear 2 doesn't work, and it's not the first burning of fear 2. So maybe something wrong with demo. Of course sctructure of folders in dvd-rw is proper, and the rest of demos work nice.
But as i said earlier, this one doesn't work for me, maybe some problem with region, cause not only for me as we see
