Final Fantasy 13 DLC question

I have a jtag xbox, and after a bit of hassle, I managed to let the game allow me to select the "downloadable content" option, i have the TU update in the "content/0000000000000000/53510806(game ID)/000B0000" directory, and all the DLC in the "content/0000000000000000/53510806(game ID)/7803DADA(media ID)" directory, as per how i am lead to believe that is how you get DLC working. It allows me to select the DLC option, which is great, but when i click the option it says "not connected to xbox live, unable to verify downloadable content" i got my xbox jtag'd and have never had a xbox live account, am i unable to run these dlc's because of this? i have tried putting the TU update in the cache folders which i have seen others mention, with no luck... i used xm360 and all the dlc's are unlocked.... any help would be great! thanks you in advance!

How big was the title update you used? The newest one is 25MB, the older one is only 20MB. Also did you Yaris Swap the DLC?

just a thought.....try creating a new online_gamertag on a live enabled system and save that profile to usb. this should give you a gamertag you can load up on your jtag which has a valid xuid which i understgtand all Live enabled accounts have. i am new to this and just taking a stab at it. maybe someone else can chime in on this.
