ftpsrv 0.21.1 Download - FTP Server for Jailbroken PS5 and PS4 (Port 2121)

Files in, files out: ftpsrv is the plain FTP server for a jailbroken PS4 or PS5 running an ELF loader. It listens on port 2121 and works with an ordinary FTP client (gFTP, FileZilla, curl and Thunar have been tested). It adds three custom commands. KILL stops the server, MTRW remounts /system and /system_ex as writable, and SELF switches on-the-fly SELF to ELF decryption on or off for the connection.

There are three builds: ftpsrv-ps5.elf, ftpsrv-ps4.elf for the PS4, and ftpsrv-ps5-install.elf, a second PS5 build the project ships with it. The project page says what that one adds, so use ftpsrv-ps5.elf unless you know you need it. Version 0.21.1 is the 20 August 2026 release.

1. Make sure an ELF loader is running (ps5-payload-elfldr on the PS5).
2. Send the build for your console to it, for example nc -q0 PS5_IP 9021 < ftpsrv-ps5.elf.
3. Connect an FTP client to PS5_IP, port 2121.

MTRW makes /system and /system_ex writable. A wrong write or delete there can leave the console unable to boot, so don't use it unless you know exactly what you're changing.

Send the KILL command when you're finished so the server isn't left running on your network.
