GTA 5 MediaID mismatch

Hello, i have Grand Theft Auto V for the Xbox 360 i bought a couple years ago, is it normal for the Disc 1 and Disc 2 to not have the same MediaID? Could be that they're burned discs, but i get an error (https://i.imgur.com/94cNMwQ.jpeg)

Disc 1= TID:545408A7, MID:0C48794E, TU:0
Whereas Disc 2 is MID:79E465C5

I would like to know if there is a way to edit the MediaID to make it match disc 2. Any help is appreciated

The media ID's you have match the region free version of the game, so yes its normal for them not to be the same:

I can't read the error in the photo, however I think its something about requiring the content from one of the discs to be installed to the hard drive.

Did you install the content, then play with the other disc?

Yes i did install, i suppose this could be a optical media moment, as just now getting the screenshots it failed a couple times to read the disc, could be my drive giving out, could be the disc, although it looks clean.

You could try installing the Play Disc. Presuming it installs the 360 will only need to recognise the disc, then can you play the game with everything loaded from the hard drive.
