GTA 5 Xbox 360 some dlc is not working '

I've downloaded the dlc from xbox live but i'm playing offline and is just one of 3 dlc that is working
I dunno how to fix this . Can someone help me ?

If you downloaded them on another console you might need to do a licence transfer so your console has a licence to use them offline

It was downloaded from my console . But the strange thing is that is just one dlc is working (1 of 3 ) the other 2 is not working :\ . before the recent update

Are some online only DLC's? i've compleated GTA 5 but never really played it online too much to know what all the DLC's actually add. I do remember some stuff been online only back on the 360 tho.

I already played the dlcs offline some time ago .but i delete it all . And now.
