Oh Dear Another Game Leak​

Yesterday, a YouTube video was posted with a French guy opening a brand new copy of Halo 3: ODST. Apparently he purchased the game over-the-counter from a store. MS had originally announced that they would ban anyone caught playing the game before it is released on September 22nd. Another announcement came earlier saying that there would in fact not be a ban after all. There are said to be many videos on the web now with ODST gameplay from the retail game.

this doesnt rly surprise me. many blockbuster games have been leaked before retail date. Anyways, this game looks pretty good, i might buy it when it comes out.

What shocks me is how a retailer can sell the game without fear of punishment from either Microsoft or Bungie.
