help w/ modded xbox 360

hello all:

my name is schaun bishop, and i am 27 years old. i have a modded wii and xbox 360.

my problem is this:
i had my xbox 360 modded, ya know this, and i can't seem to launch nxe2god or xexmenu. i can play games installed on-disc, but i need help playing off-disc.

my kernel for the dash is 16203, if that helps any.

do i need to unlock my disc drive or something else.

Do you have the Freestyle Dashboard or is your DVD Drive flashed ?

my dvd drive is flashed, but i don't have freestyle dash.
