Help with RRD

Someone just gave me a xbox it is a very old xbox still has the 5 blades onit and it has RRD as soon as i turn it on. Iv tried changing the heat sinks with the Xclamps but still no luck. Any ideas?
 
A reflow should sort it out, shame you binned it as it could have been fixed and Jtagged!
