please help me because when I want to install an update to my xbox 360 this error code shown to me ,.. 3CD6-40A3-1900-2446-C810-1004 please

does it not give you an E error example E70, Sounds like it could well be you did have customer firmware on your drive and a game has tried to install an update but due to the update it has stopped reading the disc and cant complete the update
