How do i backup the game save files and profile?

I have JTAG Xbox360 Jasper 2.0.9199 dashboard and 8 gb usb disk (memory unit)

How do i backup the game save files and profile..

realy i need this my usb memory corrupt I'LL reconfigure

Open the USB Memory stick with Xbox 360 USB Storage Explorer (Xplorer) - Xtaf v32 Beta 2

You can then copy the Content folder to your computer, that will backup anything on that USB memory stick.
