how do I transfer Robotron 2084 from this site to my Xbox 360

Hello, I am a nube to this site. I want to transfer the Robotron 2084 I just downloaded from this to my Xbox 360. I have a 4Gb USB stick. Can someone please post instructions to take the download and play it on my xbox 360. This looks like an interesting site!
