well, it was kinda fun at first
people were posting sentence fragments to carry on the sentence fragment from the previous post, then InsaneNutter and i seemed to have replied to the same fragment, minutes apart, and sent the whole story spiraling in different directions.
then this was pointed out
then i tried to merge it back into one
then some asshole posted a very poorly copied spam message about some bullshit password cracker, and all his HTML tags were visible in the posting, obivously showing it was just a copied message from somewhere.
the spam posting was deleted, but my response to it wasnt (again, making me make even less sense)
and here we are.
to the original poster:
if you actually know this person, whose password you want to crack, then it would probably be incredibly easy to reset his password, but that would probably not help you because then he wouldnt be able to log in again and would know something fishy is going on. anybody can reset anybody's password with a little personal info.
"whats your username?"
"whats your date of birth?"
some lame safety question like
"what was the model of your first car?"
or
"name of your pet?"
when poeple answer this shit honestly, they open themselves up to people like you who want to crack your friend's passwords.
if you have access to his computer at any time, just install a keylogger and flag his virus software to ignore it.
but that would make you a Grade A Asshole.
